With more than 100 product updates, Shopify Editions gems will continue to be unearthed long after June’s big release. Here’s a look at five tools that stood out as we dug around in the week after launch. They include extensions to customize checkout pages, upgrades to the Shop App and a data science tool for brands.

Launched to help find a home for produce that don’t look quite right for shelves, Misfits Market is now rolling out tools for the online grocery shopping experience. In one new feature, the company’s system automatically places items in shoppers’ carts on a weekly basis. Grocery Dive

While a glut of inventory is leading to markdowns at Target and Walmart, retailers remain in a tricky tango with inflation on pricing. For its part, fashion giant H&M is raising prices as costs go up, while relying more on full-price sales to boost its operating margin. Reuters
