Shopify is bringing the store to YouTube
The new partnership with Shopify allows creators and merchants to connect their stores to their YouTube channels, bringing the potential for viewers to buy products without leaving the video platform. Plus, live shopping tools are now available to all creators on YouTube, who are both selling their own products and partnering with brands.

After skyrocketing amid the supply chain issues of 2021, freight rates dropped 20% since the beginning of 2022 and further gradual easing is expected. In an echo of the issues surrounding the goods they carry, there are too many shipping containers in the market, too. This is due in part to “panic ordering” that happened as congestion appeared at ports, according to the tech platform Container xChange. – Sourcing Journal
Amazon is taking aim at the activity on another massive tech platform as it seeks to root out fake reviews. The company sued the administrators of more than 10,000 Facebook groups where incentives for inauthentically positive reviews about products originate. It’s just the latest legal action the company has taken against the “nefarious industry” that has grown in tandem with Amazon's third-party marketplace.
